The terms we work under.

Each engagement is governed by a Statement of Work that defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Work outside of that scope is agreed in writing before it begins.

We deliver code, reports, and runbooks as agreed in the Statement of Work. Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, subject to the licensing terms in the MSA.

Fees are invoiced as agreed in the Statement of Work. Typically monthly in arrears for retained engagements and on milestones for fixed-scope projects. Payment terms are net 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not name clients in marketing material without written permission, and we sign mutual NDAs on request.

Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We carry professional indemnity insurance. Proof of cover is available on request.

Either party may terminate a retained engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fixed-scope projects run to milestone completion unless terminated for cause.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are resolved in the courts of London, unless otherwise agreed in the MSA.
