How we handle your data.

From visitors to this website, we collect anonymised usage analytics. Page views, referrer, and approximate location at the country level. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not sell data to third parties.

From clients, we collect business contact information (name, role, email, company) and, under signed agreement, access credentials to your cloud accounts strictly limited to the scope of engagement.

We use the data we collect to deliver our services, respond to enquiries, and produce the deliverables clients have engaged us to produce. We do not use client data for any other purpose.

We use a small number of operational sub-processors. Listed in our DPA. Including email, identity, observability, and code hosting providers. Sub-processor changes are communicated in writing to clients with at least 30 days' notice.

Operational data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus one year for audit purposes, after which it is deleted on request. Anonymised analytics are retained for two years.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion. Email hello@manthic.com from the address on record.
