Built for what you'll need next quarter.
A senior-led, structured architecture review of your workload, with a cost model and a scaling roadmap your team can plan against.
For engineering teams who have outgrown the architecture they shipped on, and need an outside read before the next round of growth.

Five pillars. One workload. Read together.
We apply a structured architecture review across five pillars. Like senior engineers who have shipped the systems, not like a scorecard.
Reliability
Failure modes, recovery objectives, fault isolation.
Security
Identity, data protection, detection in depth.
Cost
Waste, commitment models, usage patterns.
Performance
Right-sized compute, storage, caching strategy.
Operations
Runbooks, observability, change management.
Find the line items that don't earn their keep.
Example outcomes from recent reviews. Numbers are illustrative. Your model is built from your account.
Saving on idle EC2 by rightsizing and consolidating dev/staging fleets onto Spot.
Mid-stage platform · 2 AWS accountsCut on inter-AZ traffic after routing review and VPC endpoint placement.
Data platform · 4 AWS accountsSaving on baseline compute by switching to a Savings Plan mapped to usage shape.
Marketplace · 1 AWS accountA twelve-month view of the work in front of you.
Each milestone is sized against today's architecture, your traffic shape, and the next stage of growth.
Multi-account baseline
Org structure, landing zone, baseline guardrails.
Data plane split
Hot path off RDS. Read replicas and caching layer in.
Region expansion
Second region active for EU residency. Failover drilled.
Platform extraction
Internal platform with paved-road services for new teams.
Scale review
Re-baseline at the new shape, plan the following year.
From recent engagements.
Cost model
Twelve-month projected spend by service and workload, with rightsizing and commitment recommendations.
Performance baseline
Latency, error rate, and throughput captured per service against today's baseline, with deltas tracked.
Account inventory
Region, VPC, AZ, and service breakdown across every account in scope. Refreshed before every report.
Findings register
Every issue numbered, ranked by severity, mapped to owner and remediation effort.
Three artefacts your team can plan from.
Full Well-Architected review
Findings against the five pillars, with recommended changes scoped and prioritised.
Twelve-month cost model
Projected spend under current and recommended architecture, by service and workload.
Quarter-by-quarter plan
Milestones, owners, and capacity sized against today's team and traffic shape.
Every review is scoped against your workload, not a template.
A full review usually runs three to four weeks of calendar time, with around eight working days of effort from our side. We start with a 30-minute call to confirm scope and the workload boundary.
We are the right fit for teams running production workloads in the cloud, with a meaningful spend profile and a roadmap they are ready to plan against. If you are still pre-launch, an architecture review is probably not the next thing you need. And we will say so.
Plan for next quarter, this quarter.
A 30-minute scoping call. We will tell you whether an architecture review is the right next step. And what to do if it isn't.
